By accessing or using the ph9872 Platform in any manner — whether by browsing, registering, depositing funds, placing wagers, or claiming any bonus — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. You agree to keep your Account information accurate and current at all times, including your name, registered mobile number, and payment method details. ph9872 may request updated verification documents at any time and may restrict Account functionality until current documentation is provided.

ph9872 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through payment methods that are registered and verified in your own name. The use of payment methods belonging to third parties — including family members — is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or from third-party payment accounts not registered in your name;

• Engaging in harassment, abusive conduct, or threatening behaviour toward ph9872 staff or other Players.

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;

• Any interruption or cessation of the Platform's services;
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Platform by any third party;
• Any errors or omissions in any content available on the Platform.

The foregoing limitations apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, and even if ph9872 has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, ph9872's liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

ph9872's aggregate liability to any Player for all claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph9872 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete required identity or source-of-funds verification;
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or payment reversal requests;
• Account inactivity as defined in Section 4;
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account action;
• At the Player's own request, including via self-exclusion.

Upon Account closure for cause, ph9872 may withhold any Account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation of these Terms, ph9872 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance in full. If no violation is confirmed, any remaining real-money funds net of applicable fees will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

A Player may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting ph9872 customer support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.

ph9872 may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will become effective upon publication on the ph9872 Platform or upon notification to registered Players by email, whichever occurs first. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

If a material amendment is made that adversely affects a Player's existing rights, ph9872 will provide not less than seven (7) days' advance notice before the amendment takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, your only recourse is to close your Account prior to the amendment's effective date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and ph9872, the Player should first contact ph9872 customer support to attempt an informal resolution. ph9872 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any unresolved claims. Nothing in this clause shall limit ph9872's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
